Foliage Transom Panel

This third floor transom panel sets the scene for a view of the treetops in the middle of the city. Layered with water and oil gilded 12k white gold and backed with aluminum leaf, this foliage changes drastically with the light and angle of view. This effect enhances the organic movement of the shapes of leaves and branches, at times with outlines appearing more bold and others only offering a subtle difference between layers.
